Never have I ever fought so hard for something I didn’t care about to get paid.

I haven’t had it made.

Then I arrive home every day to battle for my love.

The written word, a passion plus try to show myself-compassion.

For the joy that comes from typing letters with meaning warm fuzzy feelings, or hateful, mad and sometimes even sad.

Then there are moments I just cry, and cannot stop.

No one though is shocked.

I keep going I just get by

Somehow manage still to fly words across the screen.

They are better than anything, except maybe caffeine.

Pop pop pop
Go your dreams
 letting the doubts
Fears burn brighter than the light inside
Allowing those voices to get the best of you
Wondering what the critiques will be
How will they see what I choose to display
Perspectives of varying vices might make you fall
Are you willing to evolve past this?
Sing out your song
Let go
Carry on
Just be
As you are

I’m angry

I want to claw at the walls surrounding me

Slowly closing in as time passes

It’s evil ticking by and by

Not stopping for a moment to consider me

It has no thoughts, feelings, or emotions

Invented to keep track of days, nights, minor progressions

More and more I give to the man

Less and less to the dream at hand

Still, I fight the battle screaming, for my dream

Will you?

Or just sit there

Staring in awe at the accomplishment of others

My life

I’ve been away

I’m not playing, on vaca, or trying to deceive you.

My heart is in my last novel, a beloved series inside of this soul.

Still another idea side swept to evolve soon.

A poetry book I yearn to press into true pages that can be held by hands.

A deep passion that often at times must climb, dive, drive, and shovel pain into action.

Throughout my daily life of confessions…

Day job

Me, the wife

Oh gosh, this is life?

A cycle of balance sometimes falters.

Please understand while I am away…

I’ve been wishing my fellow authors, poets, and readers the best.
